NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP at Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, Co Antrim, BT1 6JH on 31 January 2026 at 11:30am for the purpose of having an Account laid before the Members, and to receive the liquidator's report, showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidators.

NOTE: Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy, who need not be a member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of the member. Proxies must be lodged with the joint liquidators at their office address above no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. Please note that the joint liquidators and their staff will not accept receipt of completed proxy forms by email. Submission of proxy forms by email will lead to the proxy being held invalid and the vote not cast.
