The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (Yorkshire & Humber) (No.25) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of stopping up of a length of unnamed highway and two eastern part widths of unnamed service road which lies to the east of Frederick Ward Way (A1136) at Grimsby, in North East Lincolnshire. This is to enable development as permitted by North East Lincolnshire Council under reference DM/0979/22/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO7643686)). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at North East Lincolnshire Council, Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 1HU.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 29 December 2025.
