Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/10/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30/10/2025, I, Kay Frances Mawhinney, 1 Diprose Cottages Hinksden Road Benenden Kent TN17 4LE, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kay Frances Barnes and assumed the name of Kay Frances Mawhinney.
