The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire & Humber) (No.24) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up a length of Riverside Way at Leeds, in the City of Leeds. This is to enable development as permitted by Leeds City Council, under reference 22/02521/FU.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/5711). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Leeds Central Library, Municipal Buildings, Calverley Street, Leeds, LS1 3AB.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 31 December 2025.
