Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Lezardiere Societe Civile transferred 50% of its interest in BC European Capital X-1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016727 (the “Partnership”), to Renaud Jean Marie Frachon and 50% of its interest in the Partnership to Noroit SCA SPF; and as a result of such transfer, Renaud Jean Marie Frachon and Noroit SCA SPF were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Lezardiere Societe Civile ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
