Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Pantheon Global Secondary Holdings LP for and on behalf of Series Cognito (the "Transferor") has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe III 'C' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP010315, to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities IX LP Trades Limited which has been admitted a new limited partner in the Partnership.
