Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 1 January 2026, Raiden Global ICAV on behalf and for the account of the sub-fund 2016 Fund (the “Transferor”) transferred to SCAMPI (LUXEMBOURG III) S.À R.L., ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS GENERAL PARTNER OF WATLING VII, SCSP (the “Transferee”) the entire interest held by it in HgCapital 8 B L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP017398 (the “Partnership”), and consequently on such date the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
