Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Benedict O'Halloran (the “Transferor”) has transferred his entire rights, title and interests with respect to his partnership interests in JAS Investments L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP018887 (the “Partnership”) to Aegis Lux 1A S.à r.l. (the “Transferee”) and the Transferee has been admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership. The Transferor will cease to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and his respective capital contributions have accordingly been reduced.
