Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Claude Angéloz has transferred his entire interest in Partners Group Real Estate Secondary 2009 (Euro), L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL007037 (the “Partnership”), to Partners Group Impact (Verein).

As a result of the transfer, Claude Angéloz has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group Impact (Verein) has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
