Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Coller Partners 603 LP Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in CCP IX No.1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013152 (the “Partnership”), to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities IX LP Trades Limited. As a result of such transfer, Hollyport Secondary Opportunities IX LP Trades Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Coller Partners 603 LP Inc. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
