Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 January 2026, FONDO PENSIONE A PRESTAZIONE DEFINITA DEL GRUPPO INTESA SANPAOLO (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Pan- European Infrastructure II, L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP016011, to FONDO PENSIONE DEL GRUPPO INTESA SANPAOLO which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
