Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that ASP 2023 Ross I, L.P. (the "Transferor") has transferred a partial interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe VII A LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP021740, to ASP 2023 Ross II, L.P., an existing limited partner in the Partnership.
