The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.21) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of a northern part width of Landsdowne at Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham, in the District of Cotswold. This is to enable development as permitted by Cotswold District Council under reference 24/03889/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/6143). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Bourton-on-the Water Post Office, High Street, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham, GL54 2AG.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 08 January 2026.
