NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholders of CHET INVESTMENTS LIMITED (the “Company”) on 2 January 2026, the following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT the Company be and it is hereby wound-up voluntarily; and THAT Sophie Smith and Aidan Tucker of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Floor 2, Harbour House, South Esplanade, St Peter Port, GY1 1AP, Guernsey, be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below by no later than 3 weeks following the date of this notice: S.
