Companies Act 2006 WHEREAS P & P PROPERTIES (NI) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number NI050275 and having its last registered office at Arthur Boyd & Co, 5th Floor, Causeway Tower, 9 James Street South, Belfast, BT2 8DN, was dissolved on 6 July 2018; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said P & P PROPERTIES (NI) LIMITED was heritably vest in the subjects known as and forming Lennox Castle Hospital, Lennoxtown, Glasgow, which subjects are registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number STG31916 (the "Subjects"); AND WHEREAS the Subjects came to my notice on 4 January 2023: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown's whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
