Notice Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 31 December 2025 (the “Effective Date”), Schroders Capital Private Equity Secondaries II L.P. and Schroders Capital Private Equity Europe IV A C.V. (the “Transferors”) transferred their entire interest in Neo Capital Private Equity Fund I L.P. (the “Partnership”) to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC and Kline Hill Partners Fund V Extension LP (the “Transferees”) and as such the Transferors ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership as of the Effective Date. The Transferees each were admitted to and became limited partners of the Partnership on the Effective Date.
