Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 5 January 2026, Robusta Private Equity Fund of Funds II (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of its interest in Montagu IV LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014211 (the "Partnership"), including its capital contribution of €150.00, to SP Orchard Acquisitions L.P. (the "Transferee").

Accordingly, with effect from 5 January 2026, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
