Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Euro Ventures Pte Ltd transferred 100% of the interest held by it in EQT VII (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016389 (the “Partnership”), to (i) PEX Holdings 1002 AB LLC, (ii) PEX Employee Aggregator I-A (P) LP, and (iii) FPP Alternative Investments Class D Foreign Income Blocker LLC. As a result of such transfer, (i) PEX Holdings 1002 AB LLC, (ii) PEX Employee Aggregator I-A (P) LP, and (iii) FPP Alternative Investments Class D Foreign Income Blocker LLC were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Euro Ventures Pte Ltd ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
