Notice Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 January 2026 (the “Effective Date”), FORT WASHINGTON PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTORS VII, L.P. (the “Transferor”) transferred their entire interests in HgCapital 7 E L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015325) (the “Partnership”) to KLINE HILL PARTNERS CORE V SPV LLC (together, the “Transferees”) and consequently, on the Effective Date, the Transferor ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership and the Transferees were admitted to and became limited partners in the Partnership.
