Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that HV Fisher LLC transferred 100% of its interest in EQT VII (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016389 (the “Partnership”), to SP Orchard Acquisitions L.P. As a result of such transfer, SP Orchard Acquisitions L.P was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and HV Fisher LLC ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
