Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that HarbourVest 2014 Holdings LLC transferred 100% of its interest in EQT VII (No.2) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016390 (the “Partnership”), to SP Orchard Acquisitions L.P. As a result of such transfer, SP Orchard Acquisitions L.P was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and HarbourVest 2014 Holdings LLC ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
