Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Robusta Private Equity Funds of Funds I (the "Transferor") has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe IV 'A' L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012494, to SP Orchard Acquisitions L.P. which has been admitted a new limited partner in the Partnership.
