If you are an Islington resident with a blue badge, you will be eligible for permits exempting you from traffic filters in the following low traffic neighbourhoods as well as the Mildmay Liveable Neighbourhood:
• Amwell LTN (AMW permit)
• Canonbury East (CBE permit)
• Canonbury West (CBW permit)
• Clerkenwell Green (CGR permit)
• Highbury LTN (XM7 permit)
• St Mary’s Church LTN (SMC permit)
• St Peter’s LTN (STP permit)
Eligible residents will be contacted by the council regarding these permits.

You can arrange an inspection in person by emailing environment@islington.gov.uk or calling 020 7527 2000, citing scheme 8625.
4) The Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions of the experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely by means of a permanent Order made under sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Any person may object to the making of the permanent Order within a period of six months beginning with the day on which the experimental Order comes into force or, if the Order is varied by another Order or modified pursuant to section 10(2) of the 1984 Act, beginning with the day on which the variation or modification or the latest variation or modification comes into force. Any such objection must be in writing and must state the grounds on which it is made and be sent to Environment, 1 Cottage Road, London N7 8TP or emailed to environment@islington.gov.uk, citing scheme reference 8625. Any objection may be communicated to, or be seen by, other persons who may be affected.
5) Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it or they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may make application for the purpose to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made.
