1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hounslow propose to make the above-mentioned Orders, under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of these Orders would be to:

(a) introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on Heston Road at the following locations:

(i) the north-east side between the boundary with the London Borough of Ealing and Ferraro Close;

(ii) the west side, between the boundary with the London Borough of Ealing and the southern boundary of No.304 Heston Road;

(iii) the west side, between 14 meters north of the southern boundary of No.280 Heston Road and a point 28 metres north of the common boundary of No. 7 Hopes Close and Nos.1 to 4 Ashmore Court, Heston Road; and

(iv) the west side, between 4 metres south of the southern building line of No.7 Hopes Close, and 9 meters north of the common boundary of No.246 Heston Road and No.244 Heston Road.

(b) introduce no loading Monday to Friday 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm restrictions on Heston Road at the following locations:

(i) the east side, between the boundary with the London Borough of Ealing and a point 10 metres south of the southern boundary of No. 1a Old Cote Drive;

(ii) the west side, between the boundary with the London Borough of Ealing and a point 28 metres north of the common boundary of No. 7 Hopes Close and Nos.1 to 4 Ashmore Court, Heston Road; and

(iii) the west side, between 14 metres north-east of the junction with The Green, and 9 meters north of the common boundary of No.246 Heston Road and No.244 Heston Road.

(c) introduce a southbound bus lane on Heston Road, Hounslow, on the east side from a point 4 metres south of the common boundary of Nos.318 and 320 Heston Road to a point in line with the southern building line of No. 1 The Green.

3. The London Borough of Hounslow GIVES FURTHER NOTICE to introduce Pelican Crossings and zig zag markings at the following locations:

(a) Heston Road, Hounslow, from a point 1 metre north of the common boundary of Nos.250/252 and 254/556 Heston Road to a point 28 metres north of the common boundary of No.7 Hopes Close and Nos.1 to 4 Ashmore Court, Heston Road;

(b) Heston Road, Hounslow, from a point 4metres south of the southern building line of No.7 Hopes Close to a point 9 meters north of the common boundary of No.246 Heston Road and No.244 Heston Road

4. Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Acting Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P068/25, to be received no later than 30 January 2026.
