1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hounslow propose to make the above-mentioned Orders, under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting, Loading and Stopping Order would be to:-

(a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on Fern Grove, Feltham, south-west side, adjacent to Derwent Lodge Care Centre, north-east side outside Nos. 2-48 Fern Grove and on the access road to the rear of Nos. 9-15 Station Parade, on Nursery Close, Feltham, north-west side, adjacent to Ling House and adjacent to No. 26 Nursery Close, south-east side, opposite Ling House and No. 19 Nursery Close and adjacent to No. 25 Nursery Close, south-west side, outside Nos. 19-25 and Nos. 3-17 Nursery Close, north-east side, outside Nos. 14-24 Nursery Close and the turning head at its north-westernmost extremity.

3. The general effect of the Nursery Close Parking Places Order would be to:-

(a) Introduce a new Controlled Parking Zone on Fern Grove and Nursery Close operating between 9am and 6pm;

(b) Introduce resident permit holder parking places on Fern Grove and Nursery Close, on both sides, for their entire lengths (excluding any lengths with waiting restrictions and shared use parking places); and

(c) Introduce a shared use payment parking and resident permit holder parking place on Fern Grove, south-west side, adjacent to Derwent Lodge Care Centre.

4. Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Acting Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P060/25, to be received no later than 30 January 2026.
