DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
Mayfield Medical Centre Partnership
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36 (2) of the Partnership Act 1890, by agreement of Dr Michael Pollard, Dr Caroline Moore, Dr Sally Fox and Dr Jeet Tamang, that Mayfield Medical Centre Partnership formerly of Mayfield Medical Centre, Croyde Close, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 8UE (the "Partnership"), was dissolved on or about 2020 and ceased to trade.
