Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Raiden Global ICAV on behalf and for the account of the sub-fund 2016 Fund transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital X – 3 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016729 (the “Partnership”), to Scampi (Luxembourg III) S.à r.l., acting as general partner for and on behalf of Watling VII, SCSp and as a result of such transfer, Scampi (Luxembourg III) S.à r.l., acting as general partner for and on behalf of Watling VII, SCSp was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Raiden Global ICAV on behalf and for the account of the sub-fund 2016 Fund ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
