Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, CLBRM Private S.A., SICAR on behalf of its Compartment Equity 2011 (the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in G SQUARE CAPITAL II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP017190 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 31 December 2025, by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to GateVest SICAV p.l.c..
