Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 December 2025, Newbury Equity Partners L.P., acting by its general partner Newbury Equity Partners GP L.P. (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to CSP IV Holdings, L.P., acting by its general partner CSP IV Holdings GP, LLC (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Amadeus II 'B' (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP006914 and that with effect from and including 31 December 2025, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
