Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Mutiara Sdn Bhd transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital IX - 8 LP., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014064 (the “Partnership”), to (i) Ardian Access, S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF, a sub-fund of Ardian Access Umbrella, S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF; (ii) ASF Nova II, L.P.; and (iii) AA HoldCo LLC and as a result of such transfers (i) Ardian Access, S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF, a sub-fund of Ardian Access Umbrella, S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF; (ii) ASF Nova II, L.P.; and (iii) AA HoldCo LLC were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Mutiara Sdn Bhd ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
