Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rules 14.29 and 14.30 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I, Elliot Harry Green (IP Number 9260) of Oliver Elliot, Moda Business Centre, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2BW being the Liquidator of the above named Company intends to declare a first and interim dividend to secondary preferential creditors in the above matter within a period 2 months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

All creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 06/02/2026, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending to me, the Liquidator, to the address or email address below a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend declared before such debt is proved.
