Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 5 January 2026, Schroders Capital Private Equity Secondaries II L.P (the "Transferor") transferred its interest as a limited partner in Stirling Square Capital Partners Second Fund Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012516, to both of Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC and Kline Hill Partners Fund V Extension LP, each of which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
