Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act of 1907, that on 10th November 2025, WILES FAMILY PENSION TRUST transferred to RICHARD WILES AND SALLY WILES the interest held by it in the MW Private Investors (Welbeck Land) Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP017747) and that with effect from that date RICHARD WILES AND SALLY WILES became a limited partner in the Partnership.
