Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 6 January 2026, UBS Pension Trustee Company Limited acting in its capacity as trustee of the UBS (UK) Pension & Life Assurance Scheme transferred its limited partnership interests in Macquarie Infrastructure Debt (UK Inflation Linked) Fund LP, a limited partnership carrying on business at North Suite First Floor Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY11WW, United Kingdom (the "Partnership"), to Independent Trustee Services Limited acting in its capacity as trustee of the UBS (UK) Group Pension Plan - UBS Section, a new limited partner in the Partnership.
