On 15 January 2026, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court craving the Court that We Are Pawprint Limited (SC630021), incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at PO Box 24238, SC630021 - Companies House Default Address, Edinburgh, EH7 9HR, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 16 January 2026, the Court appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD14QB, to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
