NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 233 of the Companies Act 1931 as applied by Section 182 of the Companies Act 2006, that an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders, followed by a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, IM1 1EQ on 09 February 2026 at 10:00 and 10:15 respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the liquidator's report and accounts showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator; and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the liquidator thereof shall be disposed of and that the liquidation be concluded and the liquidator released.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EQ, no later than 16:00 on 06 February 2026.
