THE EALING (FREE PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2014) (REVOCATION) ORDER 202*; THE EALING (ZONE PL - PERIVALE LANE) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1) ORDER 202*; THE EALING (PARKING PLACES) (TELEPHONE PARKING) (PERIVALE - ZONE PL) (NO. 1) ORDER 202*; THE EALING (ELECTRIC SCOOTER & CYCLE HIRE PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1 BOROUGH WIDE) (NO. 1, 2024) (AMENDMENT NO. ***) ORDER 202*; THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. ***) ORDER 202*.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the proposed Orders would be to: -
(a) introduce a controlled parking zones “CPZ” to include Old Church Lane & Perivale Lane to operate Mondays to Fridays 8am to 6pm (includes all proposed parking places and single yellow lines);
(b) convert existing unlimited free parking places to permit holder or “shared use” on lengths of Perivale Lane;
(c) designate permit holder beyond this point on a length of Old Church Road;
(d) designate permit holder parking places on lengths of Perivale Lane;
(e) designate e-scooter and cycle hire parking place on a length of Perivale Lane;
(f) designate “shared use” ‘pay by phone and permit holder parking places’ for vehicles where the driver has paid the parking charge by phone or vehicles in respect of which a valid parking permit has been granted: on lengths of Perivale Lane
[* Vehicles would be able to park in these parking places if they display a valid permit during the operational hours without limit. * All the above proposed parking places would accept the following: (a) carer’s parking permit; (b) PL parking permit; (c) religious parking permit, (c) service parking permit; (d) borough wide visitor service voucher; (e) visitor voucher for vulnerable people; (f) PL visitors parking permit. Passenger vehicles, goods carrying vehicles, motorcycles and disabled persons vehicles may be left in a parking place without limitation on time during the controlled hours and provided that except for motorcycles and disabled persons vehicles, a valid (in an electronic form) PL zone parking permit or parking voucher has been issued to the vehicle. Parking permit eligibility, charges for: parking permits; parking vouchers, “pay by phone” parking charges, would be as detailed in Schedules to this Notice. Users of the telephone payment system should follow the instructions displayed at the parking place quoting the unique number relating to that parking place to the service provider and providing information as requested. Payment of the parking charge can then be made using most debit and credit cards. Text receipt for the parking session and expiry of parking reminder text messages is available free of charge];
(g) introduce waiting restrictions to operate either ‘at any time’ or during zone operational hours on lengths of Perivale Lane;
(h) introduce waiting restrictions to operate ‘at any time’ on lengths of Wicket Road.
3. The proposed Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including a plan, are available by e-mail request to ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. Any enquiries, objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P002-26 until 11 February 2026. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.

Little Grange Nos. 1 – 37; Rivermead Court Nos. 1 – 6.
* The address listed above would include all flats, studios etc. would be eligible to apply.
SCHEDULE 2 – PARKING PERMIT AND PARKING VOUCHER CHARGES.
1. Annual PL parking permits (which are issued in an electronic form) would be charged as follows: -

There is a discount for electric vehicle of £20. Each additional vehicle at the same address will incur an additional charge of £60 multiplied by the number of additional vehicles at that address.
2. PL Visitors Parking Permits can be purchased at a cost of £1.00 per hour or £6.00 for all day. These parking permits would be issued in an electronic form.
3. Borough wide visitors’ service vouchers would be available to park at a cost of £2.60 per hour.
4. The charges for parking in the “shared use” parking places would be: -
