1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Brent propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the above Order would be to permanently change the operational hours of the Perrin Road Sudbury Primary School Street (SZ26) Pedestrian and Cycle Zone, from operating “between 8:15 a.m. and 9.15 a.m. and between 2.30 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive (term time only)” to operating ‘between 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. and between 1.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (school term time only)’.

3. A copy of the proposed Order, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order of 2025 and of maps which indicate that lengths of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order at Brent Customer Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ.

Persons desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Order should send a statement of their representations or objections, and the grounds thereof, via email to schoolstreets@brent.gov.uk, or in writing to the Head of Healthy Streets and Parking, 6th Floor West Wing, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ, quoting the reference TO/25/147/GD, to arrive no later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
