1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Brent propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the ‘bus priority’ Orders would be to change the operational hours of the existing bus lane in Brentfield, between Sunny Crescent and North Circular Road, from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Monday to Sunday and 7.00 a.m. midnight on event days to ‘at any time’.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, of the relevant Orders of 2017 (and of any Orders which have amended those Orders), of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and of a map which indicates the length of road to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders at Brent Customer Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ.

Persons desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Orders, or to the proposal, send a statement in writing of their representations or objections, and the grounds thereof, via email to trafficorders@brent.gov.uk, or in writing to the Head of Healthy Streets and Parking, Healthy Streets and Parking Service, 6th Floor West Wing, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ, quoting the reference TO/06/058/GD, to arrive no later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
