A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Seren Garages Ltd (15971051) of Fairbourne Garage, Fairbourne LL38 2HJ, whose nature of business is 45200- Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, presented on Tuesday 10 March 2026, at 10:00 by GSF CAR PARTS LIMITED, of 15th Floor, 6 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7BA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 28 April 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
