Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29/09/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/03/2026, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Garner-Kelly, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Garner and assumed the name of Garner-Kelly.
