The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee if sufficient nominations are received by 21 May 2026. 2. That the Joint Liquidators’ additional fees of £31,902.50 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
