ORDER OF ST JOHN
THE KING, as Sovereign Head of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, has directed that the appointment of Brian STOKES to be a Member of the said Order, dated 29 September 2000, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Roll of the said Order.
