Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/03/2026, I, Elizabeth Alice Mia Charlton Hu, 20 Alveston Grove Knowle Solihull B93 9NX, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Elizabeth Alice Charlton and assumed the name of Elizabeth Alice Mia Charlton Hu.
