Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/03/2026, I, Kirsty Louise Yule Horn, 53 Hermitage Road Kenley CR8 5EA, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kirsty Louise Yule and assumed the name of Kirsty Louise Yule Horn.
