Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30/11/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/03/2026, I, Marta Jablonska, 23 Caxton Road Nottingham NG5 1RH, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 6(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Marta Jablonska-Oridota and assumed the name of Marta Jablonska.
