Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/03/2026, I, Hannah Patricia Akosua Afeduah Ladipo, 43 Chanctonbury Way London N12 7AA, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Hannah Ladipo and assumed the name of Hannah Patricia Akosua Afeduah Ladipo.
