Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10/04/2026, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Sophie Jenna Ford-Haymes, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sophie Jenna Haymes and assumed the name of Sophie Jenna Ford-Haymes.
