Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10/04/2026, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Rianna Libin, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rianna Libin Panattil and assumed the name of Rianna Libin.
