Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 04/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 09/04/2026, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Pauline Gafiyatullina Chizhova, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Pauline Dmitrievna Gafiyatullina and assumed the name of Pauline Gafiyatullina Chizhova.
